The purpose of The Kalon Life is to encourage women to find confidence in a beauty that is more than skin deep. I think that when you combine the power of a healthy lifestyle, feeling confident in your clothes and being true to who you are physically and mentally you are the best version of yourself. I work with women in all of these categories to empower them and make them feel unstoppable. I am so thankful that I get to do this day in and day out and I look forward to sharing insights and successes here at The Kalon Life.
Just a peep into me! I am married to my college sweetheart (who happens to be my first love AND first kiss). We live in downtown Dallas with our two kitties, Catniss and Hobbes. We love walking everywhere which is why downtown living is the best!

I grew up in Austin, Texas and then went to Baylor University where I studied Apparel Merchandising and Business. I got my personal training certification here at the Cooper Institute and work out of the One Dallas Center gym and in my clients homes! I love sushi and wine, ideally at the same time. I have recently become an early riser and seeing the sunrise has become one of my favorite parts of the day. Also, the fact that I get to wear my workout clothes most of the day doesn’t hurt either!
